Disappointing

  : The views are great.
  : You cannot tell from the photos, but the flat is quite dated. It's in a rectory (be prepared for loads of religious motives), right next to a beautiful church. There was some effort by the owners/managers (who were quite pleasant and helpful) to add some modern elements to the flat, but it feels very old and dated. The beds are new (from Lufe), the kitchen has a convenient induction hob and oven, but the rest of the flat/furniture is quite old. The blinds don't work well. The kitchen is not well equipped to cook more than a couple of simple meals. Overall, the house was quite clean. The photos in the listing set your expectations high and the flat disappoints. The views are great, but everything is quite dated (as one would expect from clergy residence). The kitchen/living area is bright. The rest of the flat is dark and uninviting. We only stayed one night, which was fine. But would not stay longer than that. Price is high (150/night) for what it delivers.
