  : Clean and spacious. Great place to rest your head if youre driving across France.
  : Language was definitely a barrier so I f youre a foreign family of four, you need to contact the owner ahead of arriving to ensure the sofa bed is set up in the smallest suite.

  : Good road access and parking.Spacious apartment up only a short flight of stairs.Very clean appearance with comfortable seating,proper dining table and all the usual kitchen appliances.Although lacking a bath,there was a properly enclosed shower with safe controls. Excellent firm bed.Despite the ( portable) airconditioner being downstairs,it was possible to maintain an acceptable temperature in the bedroom after a 30 degree day. Host was very helpful in finding the missing items!
  : The unused plumbing for a washing machine was a sad sight. The inventory had not been checked after the previous guests- some kitchen items were missing. There was a need to negotiate stairs between the bedroom mezzanine and the bathroom I heard a guest in one of the other apartments complaining about his room only having a sofa bed.I do not know any other details.

  : large and airy rooms, beautiful bathroom and in our apartment a substantial outdoor balcony with table and chairs.lots of secure car parking
  : in our room the air conditioner was neither plumbed in for water to be drained and the heat vent was not attached to an outside vent. so we could not use it (we arrived in the middle of one of the hottest June days in years for the area). There were only bath towels, no hand towels. The apartment had no facilities to make a coffee or tea etc.

  : Simple DIY-Check-in and check-out, good parking opportunity in the lot, well-working bathroom and toilet in a separate room
  : Air conditioning was not installed and the rooms, especially the upper floor, were hot and poorly ventilated. Steps to the upper level are extremely steep and make lots of noise when you walk them which will wake up everyone.

  : Friendly and helpful owner, spacious apartment with good bathroom and separate toilet, kitchen, plenty of convenient parking, relaxed about leaving time.
  : Despite well double-glazed windows providing soundproofing, the house is right beside the road and shakes when a big lorry passes (including during the night). The kitchen, though well equipped in some ways, was missing some things that an average UK traveller would expect: no chopping board or cooking knives, dishcloths or teatowels, and no wooden spoons or spatulas for several non-stick pans (not all with lids?). The sofa bad might have been usable as a bed, but it would have been inconvenient for six people and it wasn't very comfortable as a sofa. Despite some expensive things (e.g. travertine tiling and bathroom) there was a slight air of shabbiness - the chrome soap dispenser was rusting, the tabletop was quite badly marked (probably used by previous guests for chopping!), and the overflowing ashtray stood outside the door of the house wasn't very pleasant. No breakfast was offered: and overall for the price we have had a lot better in France.
