  : Nothing! I arrived and my hotel reservation had been canceled. Horrible disrespectful treatment.
  : Everything! I arrived and they had canceled my reservation. They insisted I needed to call a number to see where my room would be transferred to. I spent two hellish hours on the phone with customer service, unsure if I'd have a place to stay that night.

  : Room was spacious and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable.
  : Lobby is very dated and word out. Only two elevators for a big building. Staff closed the pool for a storm and left it closed for many hours after the storm passed and the sun was out.

  : After checking in at the front desk, another guy on the side tried to have me sign up and get my address again which was very odd, he was yelling to get my address and I have never experienced such hospitality, luckily his boss stopped him, also there was a terrible smell from ventilator I had to turn it off I notified to the hotel but didn’t get any response, overall the furnitures are old and worn

  : The room itself was ok. I asked for a high floor was placed one floor above the garage not on a high floor.
  : Only one elevator was working the entire weekend. It was always packed. Horrible elevator wait time.Ended up using the stairs 90 % of the time thank goodness it was not summer. The staff are cold in friendly, literally are there to collect your payment and nothing more.Even professional friendlyness would have been a step up. Amazingly because I booked with booking.com they had an issue with me. Was literally told it's your issue for not booking directly with us. The issue was cleared up but could have been handled way better with less dismissiveness.I would never recommend this "hotel" to any one. Parking is also a huge pain the garage is dangerous small and crampt beyond belief, spaces squeezed together. And you pay extra for this torture.

  : we booked and prepaid for a balcony suite. At check in we were given a room without balcony. when we queried we were told we didn't book balcony suite, and there were non available so we would have to take the room offered.Once we were able to find the booking confirmation showing we had indeed paid for a balcony suite, miraculously a balcony suite became available.

  : Very expensive. Small fitness room....not enough equipment. Not a walk in shower. Not enough elevators and they were slow.
