: We visited for one night for New Years Eve (Silvester). This place is truly great for families. There are animals (goats, deer), multiple play areas and an indoor play area in the restaurant. We stayed in the apartment called Villa which has castle shaped bunk beds for the little ones. There were also toys in the childrens room which our daughters happily played with. In the bathroom there was everything: a changing table, a potty, toilet seat reducer, a baby bath (our apartment has a shower only) and a stool for the littles so they can reach the sink. As far as amenities go this place is beyond wonderful! Irina at the reception was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Childrens plates and cutlery was available.
: Our waiter did not speak any English and was quite proud of it. I think it would be appropriate to for a hotel to employ someone who speaks at least a bit of English - or if they do not, request them to send someone else to serve the customer. I would also put firmer mattresses in the kids beds. For children good back support is very important as they are still developing. The mattresses currently there are very soft.
