  : Staff completely lost and useless. No english. Internet code given was wrong it took 3 hours to get access to internet. Toilet seat needs attachment. Sink drain need to be plunged. Breakfast grand americano is the same as expresso. Check out was a hassle since internet connection was not there. I left pissed off and frustrated. If you need extra stress is isa place for you! Otherwise there are many empty places around that must be much better.

  : The pool area and common areas of the hotel were clean and well kept, we absolutely loved the greenery in the hotel area. Breakfast was quite simple, with not a lot of choices but we appreciated the fresh fruit and yogurt. The coffee was delicious. We also tried the hotel restaurant on the first night and I had the best pasta I've ever had in my life. We received service with a smile and the staff was very efficient throughout our stay. The room had a fridge which was great as we had some snacks with us and there were some supermarkets within walking distance.
  : The breakfast included more sweet options than we expected and there was only one toaster that was always in use, especially when there were more guests at the same time. The room was a bit outdated, we also had some ants inside but we weren't too bothered about them as we were in the ground floor. The room only had one outlet, so we had to choose between watching the tv or charging our phones. The location was a bit hard to get to without transportation, we walked from Augusta. The room didn't have any water upon arrival which would've been nice, we were parched from all the walking. The gym closed for summer break so we didn't have a chance to try it out, unfortunately, this was not mentioned when we booked the stay.

  : Good breakfast and two big pools which our children truly enjoyed. Easily to reach by car. Food at the restaurant was good especially the pizza.
  : Wifi was very very poor in our room (almost inexistent) and no fridge in the room. Cover charge of 2.50 per person at the restaurant could be waived for hotel residents.

  : Neglected building, not old but the signs of usage are too visible. Because of booking.com pictures you are expecting way more nicer and better.
