  : The hotel was quaint, clean, great location.

  : The room was exceptionally clean and cozy. The hosts were very pleasant and welcoming. All amenities were as advertised.
  : The only flaw was the drain in the shower. The water went down very slowly and forced me to rush to get out before the water overflowed onto the bathroom floor.

  : The shower head was really nice! And the bed was super comfortable. The location of the place is pretty much in the middle of everything, which is super nice.
  : The floors were pretty dirty. If you walked across them even once barefooted, the bottom of your feet would be black. Additionally, it smelled like mildew the entire time.

  : The breakfast was continental. There was a basket in the room with breakfast bars, tea bags, coffee, it also included cheezits and peanuts.
  : The place is old, it could use some updates.

  : There were bugs all over the room. Ants crawling in the room and the bathroom. It was outdated. There was no breakfast. The floors were dirty. They had a refrigerator in the room but you had to buy the drinks they had put in there. No room to put our things. No ice! No back yard to look at like specified. A dump for that ridiculous price.

  : Location was fantastic - just minutes from downtown skaneateles and an easy 30 minutes into Syracuse by car. Rooms were definitely dated but very clean, and the big lawn out back was really nice to relax in in the morning.
  : The 'continental breakfast' was a bit lacking - just a few pieces of fruit and packaged snacks in our room. Also the check-in process could be better by adding lockboxes or something of the like.

  : Room smelled like pot. Spiders and flying bug all over.bathroom covered in cobwebs. With door closed I could clearly see outside. The heat did not work. This was a horrid experience. Will never return!
