Located in the centre of Gerlos at the end of the Isskogel ski slope the 4-star superior Hotel Platzer features a 400 m² spa area with an indoor pool. All rooms at Hotel Platzer have a balcony cable TV and a bathroom with bathrobes. The spa area includes a hot tub various saunas an infrared cabin and a relaxation room with heated waterbeds and a juice and tea bar. Daily breakfast is offered either à la carte or with the choice of a breakfast buffet. Half-board includes a rich breakfast buffet afternoon snacks and a 4-course dinner. Guests can enjoy delicious meals for dinner in the on-site restaurant either by choice à la carte or five-course menu.

Ski passes are available at the reception. A ski rental is only a few steps away. The ski bus stops right outside and takes guests to the gondola lift every 10 minutes.
A small slope for children is right behind the hotel and it is possible to ski directly down to the hotel. The property features the Country Club disco and the Cin Cin après ski bar is directly opposite. In summer various activities such as guided hikes and mountain bike tours are available. The hotel offers a mountain bike rental and private fishing grounds (fishing permits are strictly subject to availability). An underground car park is available at an additional cost.
