  : Our rooms weren't ready when we checked housekeeping staff was short and never cleaned our rooms
  : It was nosey very nosey and we had to pay for parking at the hotel.

  : Didn't see any bugs. Pool was okay.
  : As soon as I walked into the building, I wasn't happy. It had strong smells of air fresheners. I am an asthmatic and strong scents send me into an asthma attack. The smell was way too strong. Room needed repairs. Toilet was coming off the floor. TP wouldnt stay on the holder. Fridge froze everything rock solid. Handle on dresser coming off. Housekeeping came in while gone and moved our personal items which left us feeling uncomfortable. They even took our Walmart bags we were saving to carry out food we bought. There were 6 of us. Got extra towels. House keeping took them leaving only two and had to argue to get more again being accused of already having towels. At check in, there were no blankets for the sleeper sofa. Called front desk and was told to come down and get them. I think at the price paid, someone should be able to bring you such things upon arrival after having driven all day. Parking is 37.50 per day and they charge $100 extra PER DAY charge on your card you don't know about until you check in. The people next door to us played really loud music until late both nights we were there. Couldn't hear our own t.v. It just wasn't a good stay for us, and the extra charges on your card leave you feeling afraid to even say anything.

  : $100 hold for each day. The $40 parking a nightAnd I called asked for towels to see if we can come get them they said they will bring them up never did had to go get them. They came clean the room did not leave no towels and had to go to 4 people just to get more. Sofa bed is very bad

  : They gave us a room with smashed tv screen and no bath towels. They never gave us towels after asking and we waited for 30 minutes. We found a maid on the floor luckily to get the towels that never came. All they said about the TV is they knew it was smashed that they don’t rent this room unless necessary. I made my reservation MONTHS in advance. I don’t think it was fair to put me or anyone in a smashed TV. The staff was fake nice or indifferent. The lounge area furniture was EXTREMELY dirty.

  : Smell was good. Cleanliness was good. Location was good for the event I was attending.
  : Staff was helpful and courteous, but there was only one staff at the front desk and often lines of people waiting to be served by the one staff at one desk. There were three counters but only one person running check-in and outs and guest needs. Although, staff worked steady to assist everyone, it seemed a second staff member would have expedited each guests wait.
