  : I liked the value and it was very quiet in the location which made my stay pleasurable.
  : What I didn't like was the fact my room/reservation was cancelled just hours before I was to arrive from out of state. I was told it was cancelled because of over booking. The reservation was made weeks before arrival so I don't understand why this was done. Once I called and inquired, I had to rely on the reservation agent to make things right. Fortunately this was corrected. My complaint is that reservations made AFTER mine should not have been taken so I wouldn't have had to experience that awful situation. I should have received a phone call and NOT just an email. Thankfully I was checking my emails before I left for the airport.

  : Location, great Shower, large comfortable room hotel still looks new very good Grounds upkeep I will return.
  : Front desk agent at check in just started her shift told me to hold on & had a conversation at the desk she was talking on her cell phone entire c/in time extremely unprofessional pls sit her down & explain to her just how unprofessional she was.

  : The room was large and allowed for our family of 6 to all stay in same room. The breakfast was also one of the best we've had at as a complementary breakfast.

  : Absolutely loved the hotel employees. They were all so helpful and friendly. The hotel layout is nice . The rooms are spacious .
  : The indoor pool wasnt heated , but we were able to look past that.
