  : 5 mins before checkin I was told there were no available rooms at the moment and there were 2 people ahead of me. I asked when they would be ready and he laughed at said at 3, when check in is. I had only come a couple mins early and was treated as though I was a huge inconvenience. Not very professional. Later on another from desk person, a woman was much more friendly and helpful.
  : The pictures don’t match what you get upon arrival. The nice indoor/outdoor pool was closed up so it’s only a small outside pool. The room was 80 degrees until 9pm, the fridge wasn’t cold and we weren’t able to get it cold enough to save the food we bought from the store. The shower head wouldn’t stay up on its own so you had to hold it the whole time while trying to wash also. Also the lobby, restaurant, and all hallways were so dimly lit that my kids were scared. Lastly I booked the room for 147$ after taxes and was charged 196$ and I double checked before booking that there were no parking fees so not sure what that’s about.

  : Oh, I love the lobby. They have lemonade and cookies waiting for you when you get there breakfast was great fancy table, and napkins to sit down and eat your breakfast. I. Also love different options in the room for my family to sleep that had a balcony. I love the bathroom because it had separate tub and shower and free parking free Wi-Fi. The pool area was great as well.
  : I did not like that. The bedroom had no privacy to the front room the room and double doors with glass, but there was a paper thin she curtain that covered the glass, but you can see right through them. Also DY McQueen is on the room and wear and tear in the carpet, I asked for the week staff to clean the room. They never came the whole weekend. I was there. The only time they came is when I requested towels. Some of the hotel staff wasn’t friendly, very rude and not helpful at all.

  : The only thing I liked about this place was the location.
  : The cleanliness, staff, whole placed smelled, hazardous, only one working elevator, active leaking roof. What they advertise you may or may not get we got a taped up room that was falling apart. I'm asthmatic they advertise non smoking room we very obviously got a roo. That was smoked in with that burn on the tub im asthmatic and the whole hotel smelled. I contacted the property to try an have this rectified with no resolve we pid almost 500$ for a broken down room and half their stuff actually working

  : I like that the property was very clean and it was a really good area, near the mall and plenty of shopping and restaurants.
  : I didn’t like that only one elevator worked and the day before we left no one cleaned our room, I’m not sure if were supposed to to request it that day but no one came on we were there 3 days.

  : The room was outdated, the balcony was very small and the whirlpool was small.

  : Murphy bed, enclosed bedroom, layout, it was great. Cor er room, enclosed sink area. Worked well for 5 people.
