  : The traditinal apartment is spacious and nice and looking out over a park. The location is ideal for reaching the ancient Greek highlights, like the Akropolis and the Roman Agora, on foot. Further you find in the area many restaurants, an excellent bakery around the corner, called 'Dimou' located on the Ilia Poulopoulou 17, and the metro 'Thissio station' at short distance. A small sunny living room, 4 bedrooms with good matrasses of which two are quiet on the inner court, 2 bathrooms and a third toilet. For a longer stay a washmachine is available.
  : When we entered the apartment there was a smell partly caused by the sink on the floor in the bathroom with the bath, where a continous sewage smell came out. We asked the management to fix this. Further the wet mop to wipe the floor was stored in the kitchen under the stairs, adding another source of smell. This can be avoided by drying the mop in the space where the washmachine is placed. Unfortunately the vacuum cleaner had no bag and therefore could not be used.

  : Great location with everything at your door step, including restaurants, markets, transport, etc
  : For the amount of people staying and the length of time, there werent enough necessities provided such as toilet paper, rubbish bins, etc Also every time we showered, the showers would flood because they are poorly designed. Living areas are also very small and not very accommodating for a large group.

  : Location, balcony, peaceful, classic building, lots of space. Very comfortable hanging out or conveniently touring the area.

  : The location of this apartment is just about as perfect as you can get! Close to the train station, close to tavernas and yet not right in the noisy part of the road round the Acropolis. It was the ideal choice for our mixed family of 5 who needed 2 bathrooms.
  : The place is crying out for an interior re-design and lighter paint. We were itching to move the dining table out of the dark and rather gloomy entrance hall into the sunny front room with balcony. The second bathroom was tiny and really not very convenient and the kitchen equipment was only just enough. (Only 4 wine glasses for instance and we didn't help by breaking one of them!) The success of the property is based more or less entirely on its location - it feels in need of a lot of love and attention. Shutters and window ledges (outside) hadn't been cleaned for ages. All in all it felt like a wasted opportunity for the owner to turn the apartment into an absolute gem.

  : Amazing location - walking distance to central Athens, lovely cafes and restaurants and all the history. High ceilings, an apartment with character. Comfy beds. Great space for 2 families with kids.
  : Little bit of noise from the street for the front 2 bedrooms but acceptable given central location

  : Lovely traditional apartment with plenty of space for our group of 7. Excellent location, so close to Acropolis and a metro station, and a short walk but yet slightly removed from the busiest tourist streets.
  : The only problem was a leak from the shower in one bathroom - hopefully this can be fixed.

  : Great location on a pedestrian area. Convenient walk to restaurants and shops. The original features of the old apartment were lovely. Our host was helpful when we had to change our plans due to a ferry strike.
  : A bigger lounge space would be nice for large families like ours rather than sitting around the dining table. The floors were very dirty. Every single coffee cup was chipped. Lugging suitcases upstairs was hard work.

  : 1. Location could not be better. The only reason we went for it. Right at the crisp of all major attractions. 2. Rooms are big and spacious. 3. Amenities are fine. 4. Wifi is passable not that great.
  : 1. Old property. Lock system to enter the apartment is really bad. We got stuck outside 1am in the night and then again next day . Someone had to come and unlock the door for us. 2. Neighbour downstairs shouted since we were trying to open the stuck door. Not friendly at all. 3. Neighbourhood in general around the front park is little shady and not recommended for night walks

  : It was charming and clean and well stocked.
  : Lack of mirrors for a large party. As much as we loved the ambiance we found it squeaky and that was only a problem when you were trying to be quiet.
