  : Small elevator, only for 2 persons and very narrow and steep stairs.

  : The reservation didnt have the accurate address and it took a while to find which building. The host approved a transfer to the airport but didn't deliver. He didn't answer when I called for help and I almost missed the flight!!

  : Great host who was quick and helpful in responding to any query. A great location very close to main street and not far from Flisvos Marina (ten minute walk) which had good restaurants and kids play areas.
  : Water pressure is low in bathroom but that seems to be common with older buildings.

  : Fab location and really quiet apt. Super size rooms with bedrooms spacious and comfortable
  : Shower over the bath - difficult to keep the floor dry with the shower curtain!

  : It was a nice stay overall. Bedrooms were good size and beds were comfortable
  : Very hard to park around the area and difficulty location the property. The lift was tiny so you had to up and down multiple times in order to get all your bags up which wasnt a convenience at all especially when you have to have the car blocking the entire street with hazards on. The worst was the fact we had to wait for the property owners over 1 hour and 30 minutes to get in touch with us and send us the property code thus meaning me and my family with tired baby had to stay out in the cold wind for that long. Thankfully I had the car but what if I didnt and it was snowing outside? Even booking dot com themselves couldnt reach them. I do understand as a business owner myself that things may happen and I have to deal with costumers service a lot so I would advise to at least have more then just one emergency number listed or if only one is possible make sure there is someone there to answer. Finally when the owner finally reached out she spoke very rudely and not even apologised for the discomfort occurred.
