  : The location is very convenient for the centre of Athens. The living room is very spacious.
  : The apartment was not very clean. The sofa was stained. Communication with the managers of the property was limited and unhelpful. The furnishing could be more functional and cosy. Some coffee pods for the machine would be a nice touch.

  : Spacious apartment in a good location and nicely furnished but let down by the manament team.
  : What could have been a nice apartment was let down badly by the management team smart bnb. . On arrival there was a clear lack of attention to detail, pool levels if cleanliness, looked like it had recieved just the basic bed made and floors mopped , lots if dust and dirt under the bed and in cupboards. Two very flat pillows on the bed , extra pillows left in the bottom of the wardrobe were stained with no pillowcases. Only two bath towels left for a 6 night stay ,no hand towels or tea towels. Broken towel rail left on bathroom floor. A dirty dishcloth and sponge left in the sink. Stained furniture. Bulbs were out in the light in a very dark corridor, which led to the door, so when leaving the apartment, you were in darkness. Low floor level led to feeling like you were in a basement and were overlooked by numerous apartments . Heating didn't work. Worse to come, we soon realised there was an infestation of cockroaches in the bedroom, bathroom, and living area.. Despite numerous messages to the manament team, they initially responded with an automated message, and only after another two days and several complaints they offered to come out and do an extra clean . By this time, we had already moved out to another apartment as it was uninhabitable. They then refused to refund money for the nights we had been unable to stay there. Looking back at previous reviews, many of these issues appear to be longstanding, but i booked in a hurry and didn't check enough. I would avoid this accommodation at all costs.

  : Location was ok, approx. 15min walk from Acropolis, safe environment; spacious apartment with small balcony to an inner yard; kitchen quite well equipped, double bed in bedroom comfortable, good wi-fi, smooth check-in/checkout, grocery, coffee shops close to the apartment and also a fabulous pastry shop (delicious ice-cream). Public parking place not reserved, but can be found relatively close to the apartment and it is free of charge.
  : Sofa-bed in very poor condition, dirty and definitely not appropriate for 2 persons (children), very uncomfortable (my daughter better slept on the floor on the second night). Bedlinen for sofa-bed not prepared (found in the back of the wardrobe) and dirty. Beaker of coffee machine absent (other type of coffee machine available). Kitchenware dirty, balcony to inner yard dirty, not at all as shown in the photos. Apartment not very bright and generally not clean.

  : It looked like the pictures
  : I asked for an early check in and they said it couldnt happened because they have to go clean first. I was there earlier and they guy came only with sheets and towels. I was in the house while he was changing them and I had to ask him to clean the floor cause he was on his way to leave without doing so. He didnt mop at all.

  : WiFi wasn't working, I asked in advanced of my arrival bedsheets for the sofa bed, they arrived the next day of my arrival after I chased twice, the bathroom door know and mirror light was broken
