Little gem 2 mins from Acropolis Museum

  : The flat is really centrally located next to the Acropolis museum and Acropolis, next to many coffee shops and the shops / areas of Plaka and Monastiraki. It is also next to several excellent restaurants in Koukaki. Finally, the staff was very helpful and responded immediately to all of our requests.
  : The flat is in a very old building, so everything is very old and run down. The entrance of the building has a very bad smell. Also the toilet and shower are very old, the curtain of the shower changed colour from use which made it look very dirty. The washbasin counter needs serious renovation too and there was only one hanger for the towels - we are a family of four. So not very convenient as there was nowhere to hang them dry. Also the balcony was a bit dirty and although cute we couldnt use it. It also looks into the balconies of other flats - not the best view. The sofa bed was not very comfortable either. Overall, the flat looked cute in the pictures and they did try to do a nice job with the rooms but it wasnt enough. It is so old that needs serious renovation to justify its price.

  : The location was perfect for what we were looking for which was walking distance to the Plaka, the acropolis, museums, bus, metro, restaurants and taxis always close by if we needed one.
