  : It's a great place (modern, good location), however, the entrance is a bit dodgy, especially if you arrive by night. You need a ring a doorbell and you'll enter via a food court... Also, there was no breakfast on Sunday morning (which was supposed to be included). Not a big issue, of course, just a bit misleading.

  : Very clean, location is good, many options in the building(can take cooking classes!). Staff was very nice.
  : Had to ring the door bell for someone to open the door if it was after hours...felt bad when I rang in the middle of the night. Wish there was a way in without disturbing anyone.

  : Staff (Tatiana, hi!) was professional and kind. Beds and linen are excellent. Product store is nearby round the corner. Internet is good enough - ask for right network and pass at reception. And you stay right in center of Athens - very-very convenient!
  : Breakfast were included but were so-so: juice/coffee and a piece of pie. Not recommended if you stay for ling period here. No kettle and refrigerator in small rooms - only in Delux room. No TV in any room.

  : The room was very spacious, the staff wasn't there but they answered to our messages on Booking.
  : The room is clean but quite dusty. The internet is really bad, close to not working. The building door is almost always closed because we went out early in the morning and returned late at night + on weekends, so when we want to go out, we have to signal the guard who is there, it's just quite weird.

  : The room has nothing to do with what i wanted for my stay. The pictures did not respond to the reality. I was with my husband and two kids in a youth hostel without any facilities. Not even proper beds and we rent a luxury appartment! for 90 euros per night.

  : The property is located in a quiet area close to all the main attractions. The room was clean and had a nice sloping floor to ceiling window. It was cozy, ikea furniture, with its own bathroom and good AC. The idea of it being located at a “gastronomy” center drew me there as I thought we were in for some good food experiences.
  : It closed the day we arrived right after lunchtime and stayed closed Saturday late afternoon till Monday morning. Upon arrival after a 9 hour plus flight, we wanted lunch but because they were busy and rushing to close shop, we were grudgingly told our food options were sandwiches and stuffed grape leaves. I won’t go into the food description here. There was a night watchman sitting or napping in their restaurant who let us in and out during our stay by pointing a remote control at the front gate. I assume that is standard here after the shop closes for the night. However, as a gastronomy center, there wasn’t access to even an electric tea kettle or coffee maker for us to make our own coffee in the morning. The complex was like a ghost town with all the floors empty and closed during our stay with no services available. The elevator was also quite loud in our room since our bathroom had a door in the wall leading to the elevator shaft with a two inch exposed strip along its height open to the shaft. It was a bit spooky at first because we didn’t know what the noise was and the place was nearly empty and shut down. They should have let us know at the time of our booking that they would be closed during our stay. At check in, they said it was a major holiday with dire warnings that most places would be closed which may have been the case, but luckily the Plaka was in full swing Saturday and Sunday as well as other food shops like the Ergon house - where we went to have a nice breakfast on Sunday morning. It was a unique experience and wasn’t terrible but it was certainly neither a gastronomic nor anticipated experience.
