  : - the location was good- the beds were comfortable- the staff tried to help us solving the issues (moved us to another room when we described the problems)
  : - bathroom needed clear maintenance. The door was not working properly, behind the toilet there was an open hole. - the door to the balcony didnt close properly, so we could hear the noise from the street more than it was supposed.- breakfast was so so, but if that was the main issue, the price per quality would have been very good

  : I stayed in this hotel 2 times unpainted, the first I was in a double bed room in the second in twin, the comfortable. Very good location with services (metro, supermarket, shops, restaurants) nearby.
  : The cleanliness of the room could be taken care of more especially in the toilet (I found hair of the previous guest) the second time I stayed at the hotel. The little one could have a more than varied.When I was there there was a storm in such a way that water entered the room inside (had the doors closed from the terrace) I went to ask for help to the reception was there more people with the same problem, but there was no housekeeping (it's more or less 19:30) The receptionist gave the towels to put on the floor of the room until the next day. The good will of the receptionist was good, but in a hotel there will have to be minimal staff service, so the hotel director or owner should reinforce the team, since the receptionist was alone in the hotel.

  : The bed was comfortable. It's fine for a budget stay especially if you're only planning on staying in the room for sleeping
  : It feels like a hostel. The water stopped working for a few minutes but then came back on.

  : It was clean and pleasant for the one night we stayed. Lots of variety in the self service breakfast.Good value for money.
  : The location was more in the business district and quite a long walk to get to where the good food places were. Far from the ferry and airport too.

  : Convenient to the Omonia metro station. View of Lycabettus from the balcony. Clean sheets.
  : There was a general strike. We did not receive our included breakfast. The hotel said it was a booking.com perk, not their responsibilityBalcony was very dirty. Likely never cleaned. The hotel room floor needed a wash. The room was otherwise clean. Omonia station square is lovely and a major shopping street runs between it and Monestraki, however, many of the side streets are in poor repair, and dark at night

  : The view from the balcony is incredible! Very clean and bright room, very good location - walking distance from metro, shops, restaurants.
  : The shower is very tiny, hard to take a shower without getting the floor flooded.Breakfast is veeery basic. We did not get the breakfast one morning at all, cause kitchen staff was striking.
