  : The location was greatYou can go everywhere by walk.
  : Cozy and Luxury apartment it can be anything but neither cozy nor luxury.It was really dirtyI found hairs on my towel and coach cover was so dirty so I didnt even want to touch it. I felt disgusted to take a shower or even sleep on the bed..There are molds everywhere in the bathroom, so you would better bring your own slipers otherwise you feel disgusted to step the floor on your feet..

  : This apartment was a really positive surprise. I don't really see the reason for the previous complains in feedback but they might have done improvements based on those. Extra heater was really needed to keep the apartment warm! The bed was really good and pillows and blankets really comfortable. Shower was clean and hot water easily available. Location is great and building quite quiet. Would definately come again!
  : Kitchen equipment could be better: big knife, some bowls, spackle knife and stuff like that would help a lot.Also curtains could be hang better and some equipment for hanging loundry would be really useful. You should be careful though, the machine is almost too powerful.

  : We were three people and stayed for four nights in Athens. The apartment was located in the heart of the city and every attraction was reached by foot easily.
  : However, the apartment was not as clean as described. Unfortunately there were a lot of stains on the bedsheets and towels. Furthermore, the floor was pretty dirty and all of the kitchen tools seemed like they had not been cleaned properly. On top of that, one evening the power went out and we didnt have electricity until we figured out that one of the radiators triggered the blackout.

  : The location was perfect. You can do everything by foot and if you're more into using the metro, it's very close to the apartment and close to central stations. There is also Athens market halls just nearby, shops for groceries, pharmacy, etc... all practicalities. The air conditioner was essential with the unusual heat. Great to have the laundry machine and the fridge is big and working very well. Thank you.
  : Walls are thin so when next door 8-2 apartment neighbours were coming late (3am) and speaking loud or on the balcony, you could hear everything as if they were in the room. Same when someone slams the door or balcony window. Maybe remind all the guests that this is an apartment and not an open villa? Or a kind paper reminding to be discreet between 10pm to 8am We had the Athens Beer festival in front of City Hall so if you liked music, it was a free concert but if you needed to sleep and wake up early, it'd be unpleasant. If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs. The Festival was not something the landlady/lord can do about of course, it's just to say to future clients to be careful about the events nearby as the building has thin walls. We suggest a minimum of kitchen oil, salt and pepper to be provided along with kitchen tissue. We had to buy them and would have appreciated those minimum elements as they can be covid free and are expected to be needed for one using the kitchen (but maybe it was not there because usually people don't stay long enough to use them vs we stayed 12 days). It's not a big deal, just nice to have. Overall the stay was nice and the location truly ideal! Enjoy the stay!

  : Great location, really nice staff, everything within walking distance, beautiful apartment. Close to all the attractions and really comfortable.
  : Could have been cleaner and also a bigger knife for the kitchen would be great. Sadly the view from the balcony wasn't as nice as depicted. Can be a little bit noisy.

  : Location was fabulous! So close to the centre of everything. Just a short walk. Apartment was lovely. Added bonus of a lift which was a godsend as I have MS. Very comfortable & warm apartment. Free Wi-Fi, superb facilities. A must is the Venetti bakery just 2 mins walk away. Perfect place for coffee, pastries, pizza, pasta, Gyros.
