Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : The breakfast was good, fresh good quality ingredients. The room was big enough, with comfy beds. The staff were polite and helpful. The kids also enjoyed the pool.
  : One night I was woken up at 4AM by the TV blasting music at full volume. It was a prank, clearly someone thought it's funny to cast music at that hour and wake us up. The problem is, as long as you're in the WiFi network, you can cast to any device in range. That is very poor security, not to mention the fact that the WiFi password was probably not changed since 2019, which is actually part of the password. Anyway, I complained and all they did was reset the TV to the factory settings. Blazer Suites, if you're reading this, you need a proper overhaul of your network infrastructure and security. Given the price I paid for the suite, this sort of event is absolutely unacceptable. The sound insulation was also rather poor, I could hear people partying almost every night in the adjacent rooms, plus the hotel is right next to a motorway, which is super noisy. I wouldn't take my family back for that reason alone.
