  : Terrible Customer Service, SLOW, Unresponsive, contradictory information. Lockbox was hidden behind plants, difficult to find at night in the dark, We were told sofa in living room was ok for an adult to sleep: The truth: it is ok if the "adult" is no taller than 1.50 meters, We were told we could have 2 sets of keys since we were 4 persons, they later changed their mind offering no explanation and said only 1 set, on the "smart" system, one is almost obligated to book and pay for any extra hour in the apt and to book and PAY for a taxi to the airport even if you have already made other arrangements. the system is indeed NOT very smart. Beyond the Customer Service headaches and the totally inadequate "Smart" system , one you finally arrive inside, the apt is good.

  : An absolute fraud, to avoid at all cost.The people who manage this apartment rent apparently several apartments, and the situation is completely out of control. Had to wait more than two hours to get into the apartment, when we got inside the apartment was not cleaned, and for the whole two days of the stay WE DID NOT RECEIVE CLEAN SHEETS. We were basically forced to sleep on our own towels. We managed to receive towels at the end of second day, after countless call.Although they charge a cleaning fee, the apartment was a pigsty.The neighborhood is lovely, buy booking this apartment is definitely a hazard. Avoid at all cost.
