  : Being a very frequent traveler, working in the Travel and Tourism sector, I very rarely write reviews, let alone negative ones. But on this occasion, I feel that people should be more aware of what they are booking, as I feel this “luxury apartment” is very below grade for the price target and not reallyA luxury’s apartment at all.This apartment is marketed as a luxury apartment in central athens, It’s in fact nothing more than an adequate, comfortable,spacious, and bright, rooftop apartment. “Not luxurious” by any meansI booked this while traveling on business, as my partner was joining me at the end and wanted something above basic for our time in athens.I was mislead by the pictures that truly make it look luxurious, and very disappointed by the lack of inventory as well as the general overall condition of the apartment when we arrived.The window blinds were all badly damaged, having to tie them up with string to keep them open. There was a severe lack of kitchen inventory, a mix match of various items with a lot of basic things missing. The kitchen was certainly ill equipped.There was also a lack of towels for almost a week long stay, having just one towel each. and bathroom amenities were equally disappointing.I’m a regular in the area in rented apartments, and this was the first time that I rented a “luxury” apartment. while there was a coffee machine, there was only 2 coffee pods, and not a single bottle of water. Something all the places a 10th of the price have, when I stay.Given the issue with all the blinds, you couldn’t keep a lot of light out of the bedrooms, so an eye mask was needed from very early morning of a lot of light disturbs you while trying to sleep.While I will admit to fault that I didn’t check the amenities on booking, I assumed that a fully equipped luxury apartment would have a washing machine. It didn’t.

  : Overall a nice apartment in a good area
  : Not quiet, no acoustics, you can hear the apartment next door because it is one divided apartment but there is no acoustic wall between the apartments.The bad drain in the bath lacks a door or mop to rake in the water.There are no big cups for hot drinks like tea for example.

Disappointing

  : Location was good, enough space in the room, sunny terase
  : Noisy room, we heard everything on 4th floor from the restaurant which was around the corner. Next to us stayed someone and we heard their whole communication through the wall and doors. There was a kitchen without microwave dispite of the fact that this information was the in the description on booking. Some furniture was broken or with a lot of scratches. Unfortunately each evening the couple above us was shouting to each other, so no sleep till 3am.

  : Great view in the middle of Athens also very clever furnishing
  : No other heating system than aircon and also the shadowers on the windows were not closing because they are damaged

  : The property itself is amazing loved the hot tub and Netflix!
  : When taking a shower it floods the room due to no slant to the drains - work going off at 8:30am drilling constant and all work stuff left out on the stairs at night and looks scary from the front door!

  : So clean, big living room with a big and smart tvSo comfortable and big beds with huge blankets.
  : There is only 1 mirror What s located in the bathroom. At 2o clock am when we went back to the apartment 2homeless were slept at the entrance door, that was a really bad feeling. But from inside everything was cool.
