  : the property was perfect for our family of five, 2 couples and a single adult. the rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. there is a nice shower and a second powder room. although we did not cook, it had adequate glassware and cooking utensils. the ac, very important, worked well on some hot Athens days. the property is in a residential neighborhood and on a fairly busy street, but very quiet inside. the access door is huge and there are steps to get into the building and up to the apartment. it is five minutes from the ancient stadium and about 15 minute walk to Plaka and the Acropolis area.
  : is is a slightly refurbished apartment from the 50s or 60s. but comfortable and well appointed, if not decorated. the inside door landing can be tricky with a noticeable drop off and the aforementioned huge entrance door. it was comfy, but not plush.

  : There was no breakfast served, but there is a coffee shop nearby and some walking distance for grocery needs; thank you for the cooking utensils and dish detergents ( except there was no can opener ) TV, cooking stove, air conditioners were in working condition
  : It was difficult to call/ contract the apt management from the cruise ship ( reply was the number is not in working condition); we have hard time , often frustrated in opening the front door

  : AC did not work the first night, until we removed and put back a little card next to the switches, someone should mention it on instruction how to reset the AC
