  : Said they didn't have my reservation and wanted $97 MORE than I already paid. I paid through BOOKING.COM and when they "fixed" the missing reservation, they set it to the wrong night -- a day later -- because it was after 11pm by the time I was able to reach someone by phone (which took more than 90 minutes). Booking.com said they were going to refund my money, now they refuse to issue a refund. Nearly $90 was stolen from me.
