  : Nobody is there to run the place! The owner lives at another place and he is the cook waiter doorman receptionist cleaner etc Very irresponsible !!!! Not worth the 40 eurod
  : The insecurity of not having one soul to ask for anything! The only other people was a family of 8 in one room , 3 kids screaming and banging doors till late at night You cannot have a second cup of coffeee because is one man only doing it all and he is not fast or bother to please at all!!!!A big dissatisfaction and Booking is to blame!!!!!

  : Its literally next to railway station, but we did not hear any trains. Breakfast was great with standard and some a la crate options included in price. Our room was on second floor at it was ready for us in the morning when we arrived by train. So we were able to leave our luggage in the room and went to explore the city. We found that starting early in the morning we were able to see all Assisi by noon including city walk, st. Clara, cathedral and ST. Francis monastery. For city buss you can purchase two tickets per person at shop inside railway station. Bus starts at railway station and goes all the way uphill so city walk in mostly downhill or flat. From St. Francis you can go a bit down to the stop midway of the hill to go back to hotel. We grabbed quick snack in McDonalds at railway station and went to see city of Perugia near by the same day (30 mins train ride).
