  : The rooms were brutally sparsely equipped with no storage space whatever and none of the usual bits such as tea and coffee. Booking.com has also failed us by not answering queries when we arrived for 6 nights. Since you ask - the issue was that we had 3 separate rooms booked; all the same size, standard, equipment and outlook. All the same but the room price? No - Two were charged at 1395 NOK, the third room at 1995 NOK. Hotel said this was down to you. I sent you 2 emails; neither acknowledged nor replied to. Poor. Despite this we thought that the positives outweighed the negatives - just. But we still expect a reply to why room 3 has been overcharged by approx 3600 NOK.
