  : The lady at the front desk her name was Pam or Kelly not really sure because I was told 2 different names for her and I think that is because she knew I was gonna complain about how rude she was. When I arrived she couldn’t find my reservation which I showed her my confirmation #. She told me there was nothing she could do since I used booking.com. She offered me no help and she didn’t seem to care. She was crocheting and of no service to me. I was trying to figure out why so I called booking. Com and got things straightened out. When I ask her to speak to management because I don’t appreciate the way she was speaking to me she told me that she was it and there was no one else I could speak to. When I turned to walk away she clearly said that’s what you get for booking thru a third party. She has no business working in the front being the voice for Hilton.. I was highly disappointed with the service I received. Farther more it stated in the services that we would have fresh eggs otherwise the free breakfast included omelets like someone cooking them for the guests. I have had this at this hotel in the past. I have stayed here a few other times. The breakfast was nothing as described it was nothing more than powdered eggs and overcooked bacon. I will never stay at this place again or at least not this location so disappointing
