  : Right wing propaganda on the TV in the breakfast area was unacceptable and lack of wifi password being provided at check in or in room was not pleasant.

  : Run down, no pool working for last six months at a minimum, no housekeeping per say, no beds made, Kimberly Goff, General Manager is very rude and self-serving, cancelled our reservations because she couldn’t get in touch with us! I had been on the road for 7 hrs and had my phone on the entire time. I had no incoming calls from the hotel. She was able to rebook us, but room was rundown, scratches on furniture, headboard faux leather was peeling into my pillow, no mattress pad. She has the same excuse for every bad review. Go across the street to Hampton Inn. Oh, and if you check out early, she will notGive you a refund. Charges for your stay are charged the first day you arrive. In essence, has my money before my Service. Awful!!!

  : Breakfast was fine. No waffles. But what they did serve was good.
  : The carpet in the suite had several stains. One of the lights in the bathroom was out. I would suggest putting dish clothes in the kitchenette.

  : The drain in the sink and the drain in the tub we’re not draining so they kept backing up and took forever to drain, which was very annoying.There was nobody at the desk anytime I went by. There was just a sign that said will be right back, which was very surprising. I never had that experience waiting to get my key was not fun

  : Our bed was comfortable. The warm breakfast was good. The location was good.
  : We got a suite because we have 2 sons. In this suite it was supposed to have a sofa bed couch. We were getting ready for bed and opened it up and it was busted. My one son slept on the couch and my other on the cushions from another couch on the floor. They wouldn't move us to another room because they said it would probably be busted also. The lighting in the bathroom was busted.
