  : The room was clean when I arrived. No foreseen nonsense around the property
  : I would have scored you higher if I didn't feel like y'all cheated me out of $49.72. Money's too freaking tight to have people stealing from you. It's upsetting. When I first noticed the separate charge from the initial charge for the room, I asked the desk clerk working at the time about it and she said it didn't come from them when it clearly stated in my account that it did. Then she said it was a deposit from the wifi people in case I go over. GO OVER? IT'S FREE! So now during check out this morning, this desk clerk didn't know where it came from and called her manager. She said her manager claims they didn't take all the taxes they were supposed to charge and charged me the additional $49.72. I CALL BS! Why was this additional charge not discussed during check-in? Why was it not included in my receipt? Another thing, NEVER IN MY LIFE have we experienced the desk clerk knocking on our door or first night there to make sure my partner wasn't a pedophile! TALK ABOUT IRATE! HE WAS LIVID! If we had the money to go to another hotel, we would have. I hope I never have to come back to Asheville again.

  : The manager is horrible and extremely rude. She thinks she knows everything. In my opinion as well as many others she should be fired. Extremely upset with this hotel.
