  : Amazing location, welcoming and friendly hosts. Warm, comfortable cottage. Loved the location on the farm and the garden behind the cottage.

  : Quiet, a local independent brewer 2 mins walk away. Great views. Great little hub for the area. Easy to get to (you don't have go up miles of bendy single track road - as a city dweller that's very important)
  : Nowt really, it was cheap in price but based on the cottage it was great value.

  : The cottage was better than the photos. Spacious and had everything for our stay. The owners were very friendly.
  : People need to be aware the farm is called Hill Top and this is very much what it is. You need a car for everything. Very peaceful and quiet.

  : Lovely three bedroom semi-detached cottage, on the owners farm, in the middle of the Derbyshire countryside, with far reaching views. Spotlessly clean. Lovely master bedroom with wooden beams. Well-appointed kitchen.

  : Property was self catering. We liked the large amount of space and comfortable beds. It was very well equipped.. We liked the table and chairs in the sun behind the cottage.
  : We had not brought salt and pepper with us as they are normally provided at self catering properties and had to borrow some from the owners. We came in three cars at different times with the last person bringing the food so it would have been good to have some milk in the property which often happens but was not the case..
