  : It is very conveniently located
  : The walls are incredibly thin and all night we could hear the neighbors, the rooms do not come with simple things, like shower gel, extra toilet paper, or even hand towels. The lobby desperately needs to be cleaned. The coffee machine was filthy.

  : The front desk clerk was very nice & it was her 1st night
  : Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was nice. Got to my room & before entering, was greeted to mariachi music top volume, about half a dozen drunk dudes hollering & breaking beer bottles. Walked in the room to find 2 roaches off to the races, which I quickly stomped out. Carpet worn beyond belief, toilet seat barely hanging onto the toilet, etc!! Went to get gas/food & came back to enjoy some tv/food. The remote doesn't work. Tried 3 different sets of batteries... worthless. Called the front desk and told the clerk my issues. She advised me she would partially refund my stay. Once I got to the office she came out, took my card & asked another girl (redhead), to help with the transaction. Then, the redhead said something about the clerk is going to get docked pay because she gave me a refund. Plus, the redhead girl helping the clerk said if I'm getting a partial refund, I need to check out & find some where else to stay... at 1030pm!! Then I really got angry!! I asked her to repeat what she just told me & she didn't say anything else!! How rude!! Asked for the managers name & number... denied!! If that poor girl gets docked pay because of the condition of this room, the noise & the lack of TV, I will be thoroughly pissed off! Decided to stay here to give local business owners my money instead of a chain, enjoy a kitschy Route 66 themed motel & relax. Never again!! And, if you do, bring, ear plugs, raid roach killer & you own entertainment.

  : Renovated room had laminate floors, no rugs! Everything was clean and well-cared for.
  : The outside area needs improvement. It made me feel uncomfortable but the room was fine.
