  : Good location. Close to Ascona and beach. New modern house with parking. Everything you need to cook meals. Nice large living space.
  : There were no instructions on how to collect the keys and no reply to my email for instructions. It was advertised as 12pm check in on Booking.com, when we arrived there was no one there. Then when a lady came, she said that check in was at 2pm and seemed annoyed that we arrived at 12:40pm. One of the rooms were not prepared and no toilet paper or rubbish bag provided. If they needed more time to prepare then the booking advertisement should reflect a later check in time of 2pm. The house and facilities were great but the experience of checking in to an unprepared house with little instructions was not. The experience could be improved with a bit more communication and preparation. One bathroom with shower not two as advertised. The second one is just a toilet and a sink. TV doesnt work.
