  : The coin operated washer/dryer in the unit didn't work. No messages/alternatives. We were counting on the washing machine to help us with our Camino clothing. It was a big disappointment.

  : Beautiful apartment, clean with all and more that we needed. Perfect location. Kitchen is well equipped. Washer and dryer need 4 euros each.
  : Maybe better instructions to use the coffee machine. It needs the exact cup of water because it does not stop alone.

  : Rooms were good size. Lots of space between the living room, kitchen and bedrooms/bathrooms you have a whole floor of a building to yourselves. It was very confusing at first, but you get the layout pretty quick. Wifi was good. It is on the Main Street in Arzua, which is great for getting around. But bad because the traffic, particularly large trucks that go all night long.
  : No major issues. Elevator is a single person lift. The unit we had was on the 3rd floorwe opted to take the stairs instead.

  : When I booked a double room with two beds for my mother and I during a stop-over on the Camino de Santiago, I didn't realize we were getting an entire apartment. It's very clean and modern, with more space than we needed - so that felt luxurious.
  : To make a long story short, there were two issues that caused annoyances: 1) guests cannot control the temperature of the rooms, and 2) the dryer did not work. We had to take our wet laundry to a place in town to dry it. Both issues caused us to have to message the hostess multiple times and for her to come into the apartment a few times. When we just wanted to relax after a long day walking, it was not optimal to have the back-and-forth with the hostess on these issues.

  : The lovely woman who checked us in was very warm and friendly. Check in was quick and easy and despite us turning up to a very nice place in our walking boots, she made us feel comfortable straight away. She was very helpful throughout the stay. The apartment was very large and very modern, beautifully clean.
  : There were only two of us staying in the apartment and so the door to the other bedroom was locked as there were two beds in the main room. This was fine as we are mother and daughter, but it would have been nice to access both bedrooms as we had paid for the whole apartment. Also, there is a washing machine and dryer, but there is a cost to use it. I cant remember how much but we thought it was too much and this was disappointing as the apartment wasnt cheap. But those points are fairly minor and other than this, no complaints!
