  : Great location of the hotel, in the middle of banana plantations. The building is traditional, with a great garden and swimming pool. The breakfast is tasty, with a llt of choice. However, some elements must be improved to have a great experience.
  : The rooms facilities/ equipments are old and some are dirty (due to time, as the cleaning is done each day), for example the carpet, armchairs, ... it must be changed. We had a water leak in the room, with the water coming directly on a wall lamp and on the switch, which is super dangerous. The hotel reception told us they were aware, but they rented the room neverthelss, which is scandalous. Receptionists could be more helpful and friendly. Price is too high considering the need for renovation.

  : Excellent breakfast. Ate 4 out of 5 evening meals there too, 3 courses 28, good choice of authentic Gran Canarian cuisine. We had a lovely room, view of the plantation, 1st floor. Very comfy bed. Great shower over a bath. Daily room clean, fresh towels both for the pool and in-room use. A walking route into Arucas is possible, although part of the walk is up a fairly steep, cobbled, uneven path, takes about 15-20 mins. Lovely and quiet setting, surrounded by banana plantation. The pool and jacuzzi were very well maintained. So many places to be able to sit and chill out/read, enjoy a drink etc around the property in the shade or sun! The beautiful, huge, lounge with an amazing open fireplace was heavenly in the evenings! All of the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful etc We would return, most definitely!
  : Wouldve been great to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The rooms are not sound proofed, obviously it is a very old building so you can hear your neighbours, especially if they choose not to be considerate of other guests! (We always travel with silicone earplugs, so we were OK!!!)

  : The surroundings around the hotel are very beautiful. It's also quiet and relaxing. Room was nice, confortable bed, clean. Nice breakfast as well.
  : Some parts could need a little refurbishment, some areas seem a bit dated or worn out. Although it was not an issue for my personal taste, overall experience being very positive.Oh and the swimming pool is smaller in reality than on the pictures...
