  : The location is beautiful, it was safe, and I loved that it was set back away from the main road. The location was nice as well, with its proximity close to restaurants, shopping, and gas stations.
  : The ice machine was not working on the 2nd floor. I had to go to the 4th floor to get ice.

  : Good location. Staff was courteous and professional.
  : Outdate rooms. AC did not work properly. One Elevator kept breaking down. It was overall clean but needs consistent TLC! The parking lot was trashed by patrons however staff worked hard to keep the property clean throughout the day.

  : I liked the pool and bar, they bartender was super friendly and kind!
  : The staff at the front. The manager was very very rude. I asked what my over all total was going to be and she was asking m to do the math myself? and I told her if she could do the calculations but she had a very bad attitude because she told me what the total was after and then I saw a different price charged to my card and when I asked about it she seemed very mad and I told her I would have liked to know that total when I first asked and so she said if we didn’t like it to go to another hotel which is very unprofessional as a manager you need to know how to deescalate the situation and not make it worse. It was 2 lady’s they seemed Asian/Hmong.

  : The bartender, Kenny, is always so friendly and welcoming!
  : We didn’t have the two complimentary water bottles in our room, so I went all the way down to the front desk to ask for them and the woman at the front desk on June 13th (2024) gave me a hard time about getting any “more” complimentary water bottles even though I hadn’t gotten any yet.

  : The staff service was impeccable. It is one of the kindest staff that I have ever experienced.
  : The elevators were not functioning properly. My family of four got stuck on the elevator for 15 minutes. Although the engineering staff worked intensely to get pry the doors open, it created a sense of anxiety for my entire family every time that we had to take the elevator afterward. The TV dis not work properly. The maintenance came to the room and changed the batteries, and it still barely worked. The maintenanceststed that he felt like it was the TV and not the remote, but he never replaced the TV. The air condition was not cooling properly. The room felt warm and the entire 6 days. Last but definitely not least, we had to ask for new towels each day. After the first night stay, housekeeping did not stop by our room to verify if we needed them or if er needed our room cleaned. Although the staff was super kind, this was the first time that we experienced issues to this degree while staying at the Sheraton chain.
