  : Beds are comfy. Breakfast is good, you can boil your own egg, and press your own orange juice friendly staff. They have some information, folders, maps about the area. I have stayed in this hotel before, and booked it again because because it has a private parking, and it is close to Arles centre, 1,5 km and they have one tv channel in english, bbc world news
  : My bathroom (room 308) smelled bad, faul probably problems with the drainage system Airconditioning works but could be better. The free wifi is rather annoying, you have to log in every time when you want to use it especially when looking up things about the area, plan your trips etc but what really could be improved is the decor. What genius thought it was a good idea too paint everything dark grey to make it more modern and it is badly painted as well, and not only walls but also some woodwork has been smudgy painted, and also some tiles in the bathroom looks very depressing, dingy and unprofessional. A real pity

  : Pool and garden surroundParkingHalf hour walk into the old city - if you record your direction!Staff were most helpful. A couple got annoyed/defensive when deficiencies of breakfast and machines were commented on.
  : The cost of breakfast is high and what was presented low.First day at breakfast both coffee machines, and hence even hot water were out of order. Young man tried to fix. Egg boiler not enough water. Another customer suggested not to pay he was so annoyed.Second day fruit option of a small bowl of stewed apple and one of mixed fruit which had been drained of fruit bits by 9 when I was there. Bread - last small ends of 3 loaves available to be cut. "We had a big group through".
