  : Quaint old building. Very quiet. Easy walk to all the sites, cafes, restaurants, shops. Nice breakfasts. A lovely place to stay.
  : Very narrow, winding stairs. But it was our fault we didnt ask for a room on a lower floor! The staff were very helpful with the luggage.

  : Fabulous location and very helpful & friendly receptionist. She offered us some water on our arrival organised a taxi to pick us up from the train station, gave us a map of the city & dinner recommendations. She also helped me fill out postage forms that were in French that I couldnt understand. Lovely old building, very clean, very comfortable beds and great air conditioning.

  : Room was a good size. Location was also good and central. Staff at front desk was helpful. We did not eat breakfast at hotel as we are not big breakfast eaters.
  : The hotel had no elevator. We are in our 80's so we had requested a ground floor room, which was confirmed to us. When we arrived we were assigned a room on the ground floor, but the air conditioning did not work in the room. The hotel knew this but still assigned it to us. It was too hot and stuffy to be without air conditioning, so the only room they made available to us was one on the top floor: Room 17. It was a spiral staircase, quite dangerous and steep. My husband, at 86 had a difficult time with it. We were disappointed that manager never addressed our situation.

  : wifi on and off, tv channels limited- meant we could do less in our room

  : Charming little place, in the middle of the town. Our room was on ground floor and people were walking right outside the window, but the glass was mirrored on the outside so nobody could see in, very clever. The old stone that its built with was all exposed for extra cosy factor.
  : Arles is a very old walled town, streets are narrow. Cars not allowed without permission from the hotel, but I parked in their garage. Access is very tight when youre not used to driving in a left hand drive car.
