  : A nice little flat with kitchenette and a good size bathroom a walk from the Creek, the harbour, restaurants & Co. Quiet at night. Nice sunlight in the morning.
  : The flat was with a strange smell. The communication with the hotel was not easy. I only got in due to contacts of contacts of a contact who knew the guard that I had accidentally met on the street. Calling the phone numbers given and stated at entry nobody picked up. The price of the stay got around DKK 300 more as I apparently hadn't paid when I booked the hotel. The "how to book and pay" doesn't seem clear.

  : Location, close to the city center, kitchenette.
  : There was no cover on the sink in the bathroom, so any little things that might fall into the bowl go straight down the drain. The shower glass was soapy and covered with sediment, obviously not cleaned. At the same time, there was an adequate supply of clean towels, which was just fine, maybe even too much. The biggest drawback, however, was that there was street construction right outside the window, directly on the other side of the wall, starting at 7:00 a.m. and very noisy as an excavator was digging 30 centimeters from the bed on the other side of the wall. The work started at 7am. If the room is the one I ended up in - right on the street, with the entrance right next to the bed - I wouldn't choose it as my first choice if possible. However, I don't have a comparison for the whole building, perhaps there are quieter and more comfortable apartments.
