: Excellent location. Very comfortable, spacious room. The communal area for guests was very useful. Having a rooftop terrace was fabulous. Views were wonderful. Friendly staff.
: The lift was very small. We would have had trouble using it, if we had larger luggage. The name B&B 52 Centro implies a bed and breakfast. You could have breakfast, but you had to pay extra for it.

: Somewhat confusing to locate room after finally getting keys from lockbox.

: Wonderfully located, five minutes from train station and at the foot of the beautiful old town center. Communication was good and we received access codes. The room and the bathroom are huge. We had a wonderful view of the town center and the hills around Arezzo. There is also a rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of of the area. There is a playable grand piano in the shared lobby reception area. Also tables, fridge, (free) coffee and tea.We ordered a continental breakfast (9) and were served toast, ham, cheese, croissants and had an ample selection of fruit, juices, marmelade etc to choose from. Check out was at 10.30, but we were able to leave our bags for a few hours until our train left.
: The elevator is very small and of us took the elevator with the luggage while the other walked up/down 4 floors

: - very good position, close to both the central station and the city center - good solution for travellers
: - the room was very noisy, it was possible to hear even low noises from neighboring rooms - the room was filled with a very strong room fragrance, it was nauseating and impossible to get rid of, even keeping the window open (but maybe mine was a unique case)

: Centrally located. Spacious rom/area. Delicate and nicely decorated bedroom. Nice bathroom. Common areas were nice. Staff were very service minded. Great kitchen and equipment for cooking
: The living room was simply furnished. A few pictures on the walls, some decorations and a table in front of the sofa, would have raised the impression a lot. The air conditioning was faulty / waiting for repair without being notified. The balcony was filled with air conditioning unit + parts for air conditioning. The curtains on the railing on the balcony were very dirty. The floors were quite worn and moldings were loose. Some noise from the traffic and also from some alcoholic people in the evening / night in the park.
