  : The kitchen staff was incredibly rude. We woke up and went to the first floor to have breakfast. A female employee came out of the kitchen and began (loudly) telling my husband that he was not welcome at the breakfast buffet and that he needed to leave. He told her he was a guest, had paid for his stay and was going to eat his breakfast. She continued to angrily and loudly tell my husband he was not welcome & needed to leave. The dining room was full of families watching this take place. My husband was very embarrassed. He didn’t know our room number, but gave her his name so she could verify that we were in fact guests. She never apologized. She grabbed her bag and said, “I’m out!” and left. The front desk worker said he would talk to the manager and someone would get in contact with us to apologize. That has not happened yet.

  : Pool area dated and not super clean. Not enough pool towels for guests. Water was cold!
