  : Dirty microwave (food melted in it), dirty shower, dead bug in bathroom, ice and vending machine out of order, coffee pot out of order, room close to heavy, noisy traffic main road.

  : AC obnoxiously loud. Rooms right on Highway (refused to move us to a quieter room). Provided one small soap and a microscopic packet of shampoo for each room (other room had two people in it and still got only one of each). Wifi and TV's did not work in either room. Personnel was extremely rude and unaccommodating. Lighting very poor in rooms (burned out lightbulbs). Refrigerator unplugged. We plugged it in and it made a really bad noise so unplugged and didn't dare use. Rooms were dirty and beaten up. Beds in room hurt our backs. Hardware holding closet shelf pulled out of wall. No coffee. No ice. No one available on site in evening to address issues. One of the room keys did not work so we had to walk all the way back to office and back to the room to address that issue. It is a really bad idea to associate your business with these people. It will definitely make us think twice before using booking.com again. You should consider vetting these facilities before offering them as a property you are representing.

  : Bed was very comfortable,pillows good,good tv(if needed) decent sized room.Shower was fine.(Mostly)Fridge worked.Room on busy highway,but you soon adjust,quieter at night.Parking outside door.Fresh towels every day.
  : Room needed cleaning desperatley,floor was filthy.Mirrors very dirty(i had read previous reviews and came prepared.)Tired and used,very dark,had to use lights all the time due to having no privacy if opened curtain.(Put blind up on one small window.)No kettle to make coffee or tea.(take out microwave,no need as you have nothing to eat with eg,plates,cutlery.)No hairdrier.(An absolute must)no bed making yet came in every day to bring towels
