  : nothing much to be honest
  : there is no airconditioning, and it was extremely hot inside. we booked it for 3 nights but only stayed for 2 as it was not bearable. there are no nets on the windows so opening them meant waking up full of mosquito bites. the location is ok, 25 minute walk to the beach and 20 to the city, however the house is surrounded by lots of clutter, felt like living in a flea market.

  : The room is located within a privately owned house in Palit, a 10-minute walk from central Rab town. The property would clearly require a general renovation in the common areas. However, the owners are very kind and helpful people, and some rooms have a large terrace with sea view. They also offer free covered parking. I recommend this stay if you are more interested in courtesy and quiet than in having a super-fancy, modern room.
  : As already mentioned, I would strongly recommend a general tidying up of the common areas. The worst aspect however is the agency that is between Booking and the owners. They are very slow in responding to emails or messages and they also charge a lot more for the room.
