  : Location close to Veliko
  : The pool area had tiles coming off inside and outside of the pool and the staircase to the pool was loose. You could easly slip or cut yourself in the broken tiles. Needeless to say, very dangerous.Window to the room was broken, it wouldnt close. The mosiquito net was ripped and all sorts of bugs would fly in. There was a strong smell of chlorine when we entered the room, but around the toilet smelled like urine. The vent and power box made a very loud buzzing sound, which made it difficult to sleep. Pillows were lumpy and very uncomfortable. The breakfast was very poor. They ran out of few dishes at 8.30 AM and wouldnt refill. The soda machine would poor just water instead of orange or apple juice. They didnt even put some coffee mugs, only disposable paper cups. Sweets selection was a bag of store-bought biscuits on a plate. Unfortunately the staff was the worst. Most of the staff dont speak any foreign languages . We tried in English, German, Spanish and Italian and only one guy was speaking a bit of English. There was a young blonde lady at the front desk very unpolite. We tried to apeak with her through google translate (only way we could) and all she did was say busy busy, come back and then proceed to talk to the people behind us. We tried to switch rooms because of the smell, noise and broken window and she was not helpful at all. What bothered us the most is the fact that she would completly ignore us and start talking to orher people, go outside or fix herself up in the mirror, instead of doing her job. Her attitude was extremly dissapointing and made our experience even worse.

  : The breakfast was a typical buffet. The french toast was great, but the drinks - juice and coffee were quite terrible.
  : The way the buildings are numbered. It took us around 10 minutes to figure out where we must go. Other guests also got confused.

  : Near to the main road, easy way to get there. Breakfast was ok. Big pool but much noise made by kids. A silent place.
  : I am going to make a list: - no toilet paper - we had to search for someone to help us - no mosquito net- hair in the back-tub - pay attention when cleaning- noise made by the fridge- vacuum is needed under the bed- low English speakers- no receipt
