  : Outdated furniure and bathroom design (some mold, too, around the tub). The sheets are very old/used; there were holes in them. If this is what a 4 stars room should look like, next time I'll pass and just go to a granny's guesthouse

  : Great location with a view, but on the 3rd floor from our room was even better. Pool looks clean and suitable for children with parents. The target audience for this facility is families with young children due to the attractions like pool and playground.

  : The location and the view were good. Room and bathroom/toilet were spacious. There was an elevator. Receptionists were polite. There was an underground parking, but the parking spots were limited. Another parking option was outside the hotel - on the street.
  : The rooms weren't very tidy. There were black hairs everywhere, from the housekeeper, probably. There were some little left-over stains on the towels. There was only a central air-conditioning system, which wasn't working in the room at all. There were barely any electrical sockets in the room - just around the TV and mini-bar area. There were no shower gels in the bathroom - only shampoo and hair conditioner. The bed was rather uncomfortable, and one mattress was slightly standing lower on one side. It was very noisy since the walls were very thin and no noise canceling was applied - we could hear people talking, watching TV, banging doors in the hall, babies crying toddlers screaming, etc. It's definitely not a 4-star hotel level experience. Breakfast was rather poor, too, with the lowest possible products' quality and poor assortment. The price you pay for one night in Park Hotel Arbanassi should definitely be around 2 times lower than what they ask for. Won't be coming back.

  : First of all, I've set very low expectations after booking a room at this hotel, and this is the mindset that you need to approach in order to enjoy it. After all, for me, it was a decent experience. Here it is what I liked:- The location is very nice, near the center surrounded by pleasant landscapes.- The hotel is big, equipped with most of the things you would need, including some spa services (massage, pool, jacuzzi, sauna).- The room is big, comfy, and fitted with everything to enjoy the stay.- The restaurant food was good and more than decent priced.- The staff was present and helpful, ready to please you.
  : - The hotel, although it is 4 stars ranked, in reality, barely meets 2. It does not have enough parking slots to accommodate all the guests' cars. Worn furniture. The pool enclosure was dirty on the ceiling, and all the dirty drops from the ceiling (due to condens) were falling into the pool.- The room was not very clean. Dust cobbles and spider webs could be seen in every corner. The bathroom is warned and could need some investment.- The breakfast served was the same every day without having too many options.

  : Very dirty, there were spider nests in the bathroom, dirty things forgoten in the closet, somebody smoked in the room before and the smell was awfull, they forgot to make the appointment for massage (I made the reservation the day before), the massagist tried to charge me more than the price announced at the reception, breakfast under the expectation for 4 stars hotel.
