  : The only thing we liked was that the spa tub was big enough for two and that we didn’t have to go outside to go have dinner and drinks.
  : When we arrived at the property, the room was set at 66°, when we went to turn it up a little bit then I got too warm and then we were unable to turn it back down so then the room was too warm our entire stay. When we told the staff about it, they didn’t even care. The vents were nasty and dirty. You couldn’t even feel the air-conditioning coming out of the vents, and again the staff didn’t care. The bed was very uncomfortable. Even though I had a full-size refrigerator with an icemaker, the icemaker didn’t work. You had to go all the way downstairs to the ice machine to fill up the ice container that was the freezer. The tub was dirty, which I had to clean before us actually getting in there and enjoying a spa bath. When I went down to the pool, the hot tub was impossible to use, but when you actually did figure out to use it, the Jets didn’t work, and when mentioned to the staff about this situation AGAIN THEY didn’t care they just shrugged their shoulders. We paid $280 for one night and this is the treatment we got.

  : Not terrible, but it doesn't seem very clean. Dirt scuff on the sheets. Dirty shower.

  : There was to be breakfast in the morning and there were no coffee cups for breakfast. Then there were cups but zero food and no coffee. I came down later and there was a woman who had 3 kids with her and there was no food for her and her family to eat. And another woman who clearly hadnt showered in days digging her fingers into the oatmeal condiment bowl of raisins or choc chips. It was disgusting. I walked away. And there were people just standing behind the front desk. What happened to all hands on deck to help others?

  : Big room.
  : Room was dirty. Light switches filthy. The shower diverter extremely difficult to turn on. Remote missing battery cover and batteries hanging out. Specifically called to see if they had a hot tub. They said yes, when I got there the jets to the hot tub did not work, missing tiles, filthy grime around hot tub and pool. They allow people to smoke at the entrance and have to walk through clouds of smoke.

  : The room was spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was okay.
  : The pillows were so overstuffed as to be useless for me to get a decent night's sleep. Breakfast could have been better.

  : I didn’t get the room I booked. When I got there they said they couldn’t switch me to the correct room I wanted. So my friend had to find another hotel Was supposed to have 1 queen bed with a pull out. Only received a queen bed. Nowhere for my friend to sleep. They didn’t try to accommodate us at all.
