  : Comfortable for three people even with one bathroom. Spacious, has everything you need. Quiet. Nicely decorated. Internet/TV available. Good location just a short drive from middle of town.
  : Floors need to be cleaned. Do not walk around without shoes. Careful about parking - cars got dirty from trees.

  : The location was in a perfect spot to enjoy Apalachicola, St George Island, and Port St Joe. It was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and the house was nicely decorated. Lots of personal touches throughout each room especially all the paintings. The host was very accommodating in rescheduling our stay with two hurricanes in the forecast and quickly responded to all of my questions.
  : The living room furniture was not much to be desired. As a family of four, the one futon made it impossible for us to relax and hang out as a family. The kitchen was not not well stocked with pots and pans so we were not able to prepare too many meals while we were there. Only two or three smaller ones were provided. Although the kitchen bar was nicely decorated, an actual table in the kitchen would have been a nicer alternative to sit down and enjoy a meal.
