  : Breakfast was limited for vegetarians like myself, and my partner
  : You had to ask at the front desk for the heaters to be put on. We had no control over the heating in our room, so that the mornings would be cold. When we returned from a night out, we had to ask for the heaters to come on. Also, asking the hotel manager (Joe) wasn't helpful. I told her to put the extractor fan on in the bathroom. As you know, we go for a number 2 or even have a shower. It steams up so bad she mentioned we do not put them on due to it being so loud and the other guests would get disturbed. Had is the most dumbest reason I have ever heard. what topped it up was i mentioned you shouldve put that in your description when describing your hotel, the hotel manager replied well cause you booked it through hotel.com. You need to ask them she was not helpful. Unfortunately we had no choice to spend my remaining three days there, but overall I dont think I would ever use this hotel again

  : No customer service at all!!! Shocking!!The staff needs more robust training with customer service. It should not be a 4 star hotel until the staff are trained.My bedlinen was dirty and I asked it to be changed. I spoke to a female reception and was told that they changed bed linens every 2 days. At that point, I was not happy so I was firmed and told her the bed is dirty and i paid 175/night for this bed and id like it changed. So she spoke to who knows then told me it will be done after the dinner service. I went out for dinner and came back at midnight to find my bed was still dirty. Spoke to the receptionist again this time face to face and he is the night shift already and he kindly changed the linen but had to wait for half an hour which at that point I am tired. The receptionist apologised for it but never heard any word from the manager. No one acted responsibly and accounted for their The staff will not greet you nor smile at you. It feels like they own the place and you are trespassing their property. The swimming pool closes at 7-14:00 for lessons then closes again at 6pm. Shocking! What kind of a leisure place is that.The breakfast buffet appeared so uncared for. No one is attending if customer needs bowl. Twice i had to ask. No one is attending to the appearance and presentation of the food.

  : The room was quite cold, I did speak to receptionist who said they would be able to sort it remotely, but this did not happen, when I spoke to the receptionist the next morning at check out, the comment was almost ignored just disappointed.
