  : What I like - is the pool and the animators that were exceptional. Also, some of the waiters were really friendly.
  : First of all, We arrived really late, around 23:30 in the evening. We spent the entire day on the road, so we were tired and hungry. Restaurants or snack bars were not working by that time. So we stayed hungry. ------ The room was really old, the bathroom was not clean. The floor in the shower was really dirty and slippery from the dirt. We asked several time that they clean the bathroom. Also, we didn't have soap or shower gel in the bathroom. so we called again that they put it. We should have had an ocean or pool view room, but instead of that, we got a view of the parking lot. ------ WiFi and the Internet - THIS WAS REALLY BAD. They charged us 22$ per device for the internet. Imagine that you need to work (as I worked for several days) and you except your phone need to use your laptop. They said if you want, it is an additional payment. So the internet was not per person or a room, it was per device, which was not communicated before we booked the hotel. ------ Food was the same every day, with one problem; if you are not in the first row in the queue when some of the meals start, it is possible that you will not have this food anymore. They don't refill what is eaten. It means that the good food is gone first, and what is left is for the people who come later. The drinks are not genuine; no real coca cola, Fanta, or beer. Also, alcohol is mixed with water. No ice cream, sweets, or anything for children, or if they serve, it is just for 10% of the people enough. In the evening, queues are long for waiting for dinner, similar to in a public canteen, not a "4-star hotel". ------ People in reception can't speak English, only Turkish and Russian. ------ After 23h in the evening, the bar stopped working, and they politely asked people to go to their rooms. So this is ok, if you are 60 years old, for younger is not ok. Especially people on vacation.

  : They were not able to hand us invoices without errors, took several days to get this sorted. Restaurant was not open as indicated. Very little english speaking staff. Paid Wifi in 2023 is a joke. We sat in the restaurant in the dark with hardly any light on as we wanted to hav something to eat after our arrival at 11:30 pm, even though there was supposed to be soup until 12.

  : The cleaning workers did take our staff from room- Hotel security was rude with us when we asked for help in finding our missing staff, hotel manager wasnt even say Sorry for the situation created.

  : Rooms were not clean, the beds were gross, rooms were too small, the management was bad, the reception wasn't friendly and ignoring, lunch and dinner wasn't great
