  : +friendly staff+great location
  : -apartment needs more thorough cleaning, for example at the water tap was some real grease-apartment need some maintenance, for example the shower tap was dripping 24/7-the swing fell down with me on it because apparently i did the last two tourning rounds to unscrew the one major bolt in the cealing-the bathroom often smelled like cigarettes-when you turn on the jacuzzi for the first time of the day it smells like eggs.

  : BetaS GuestHouse has very good location. Bathroom is good - clean, there are shelves in shower cabin.
  : Room that we got was much smaller than we expected. According to information on Booking.com it must be 50 m2 of size, but we got a room that was about 24 m2 of size including bathroom (we measured). It was very small for 3 people and shouldn't be proposed for more than 2 people. Almost no place to put clothes. Mostly we had to put them on our suitcases. Very small table. Due to small size of the table where we hardly set 2 laptops we had to eat holding plates in our hands :-( during all our stay. Room had small fridge, a bit larger than minibar in hotels. Part of the wardrobe was closed on the lock (we couldn't use it) and when we asked reception administrator to open it he couldn't do it. Also when we came we found that there are only 2 bedding sets instead of 3. Eventually reception administrator provided missing bedding set but after discussion with him and some hotel manager by phone.

  : Very polite and helpful staff. Location is perfect.
  : In the room at the 3rd floor everything was perfect. In the room at the ground floor was smell in the toilet, and the air conditioner from ANOTHER room (not mine) was very-very noisy, because it was located on the wall common with my room. Because of this loud noise I could not sleep at all...

  : first night we took a nice room 1+1.the receptionist (Mervey or Mervet not aure the name )is so collaborative and gentle..location.
  : the other night where we were leaving to Airport and forget to confirm that we need to stay to night seems someone booked our room so have to move us to another room in Floor 0.thr room was terrible and has terrible WC smell ( stinky )we did not stay or sleep on it ot was just to use WC or prayer from morning to flight time 11 pm.for the first room i would give 8 for the second i would give 3 as of it have problems then close it !!!!!!

  : the bed was uncomfortable. it needed a new mattress

  : I didnt like that laundry and towels wasnt changed while I was there. I stayed for 9 nights. No laundry, towel and toilet paper change at all. never ever they came to clean my room. and I didnt have any tools to clean myself. I thought that I will have room with jacuzzi or balcony. but no.

  : location was excellent, two minutewalk from old town/marina and near lotsof shopswe used the washing machine and the girl kindly gave us some powder!
  : they could offer some sort of breakfast

  : It was close to a lot of cool places.
  : It did not have an elevator so I had to carry my bags up and and down the stairs. No one helped me. The room was not all the way clean. I could hear singing from the bar across the road.
