  : The property was in a good location for what we wanted. My daughter and I were back packing through France and this was very close to the train station and was very easy to find. Everything we wanted to see in Annecy was within close walking distance but being so close to the train station, the hotel wasnt in the most picturesque part of Annecy!The staff were very friendly and there was always someone on the front desk.
  : The room was on the top floor. We both tried the lift once, for the experience (!) but then opted to take the stairs the rest of the time. It was a single person lift thats a Perspex tube! The room was small and very basic, which was fine for us, although one day when the weather was awful we had to spend a lot more time in the room that we would have liked so it would have been nice to have a bit more space then!

  : Great location right next to the train station. Relatively quiet top floor room considering the location.

  : The staff were friendly, the breakfast was fine. We could park at the underground car park at Stalingrad Square, which is actually very close once you know which entrance to use. Comfortable, clean. Lovely bathroom and shower. Well positioned and an easy walk to lake, restaurants etc. Theres a nice bakery on the ground floor.
  : The room we had was quite small, although comfortable. There are bigger rooms and if this is something that bothers you I would contact them and ask for a bigger room.
