  : The rooms had no view, it was very loud early in the morning (4 am), and the bed was uncomfortable. The floors were a bit sticky and the rug was worn and dirty.

  : The location was amazing! Being so close to the action really made it easy to explore the city. It was fun to stay in a historic BnB.
  : In order to get to the rooms and check-in you had to go to/through the restaurant. If you try to check-in during a busy time in the restaurant, they make you wait around until they decide it is time to check you in. in order to get to the rooms you have to either climb the small width stairs in the front or extremely small width stairs in the back. The windows were not great at keeping down the noise from the street at night. Being right next to a bar, makes this hard at 2 am when the bikers leave. The bed was not very comfortable and squeaked a lot. There was no fridge in the room so if you need ice for a cooler or a water bottle you have to go down to the restaurant. The hotel did not have any parking available close by. The closest lot was an 8 minute walk away.

  : It wasn’t too comfortable, bed mattress was deformed, bathroom shower was very small and a bit dirty, lots of stairs to get up to the room.

  : The location was great. Within walking distance to all of downtown annapolis and the Naval Academy. The room was very clean, has AC, and a smart Tv. Delicious food and kind staff.
  : The bed could’ve been more comfortable. It was a noisy spring mattress.

  : The location was exceptional, the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Also was nice to have the included breakfast at the delly underneath the Inn.
  : The room was very very small, the bed was touching the walls on one side and there was wardrobe or a table or anything elevated to put the luggage. It was fine for one night or two but I wouldn't stayed longer.
