  : Uncomfortable mattresses. Poor lighting of outdoor staircase. Unsightly bird droppings in large area of outdoor staircase. Never had direct contact with a staff member. It is common for everything to be done online, but it is impersonal.

  : Worst place we ever stayed. Very very outdated, cheap looking, huge stains on the carpet, front and back doors didnt lock and very old wash machine that was out of order. Not coming back.

  : it smelled like death as soon as you walk through the door. so bad we were on the verge of throwing up. I think it was a garbage disposal or maybe something in the exterior closet. we bought air fresheners to try to get through the smell and would just hold our breath as we were walking in.

  : it was great location to the mountain to ski. I was able to walk three kids (9, 7, and 4) to the lift easily, and my sister in law could watch the hill from the balcony.
  : this condo was freezing unless you had a fire lit at all times, and while we were there the WiFi and cable never worked, which was really not convenient as my pregnant sister in law and 2 year old niece were hanging out there while the rest of the group snowboarded.

  : The area was very beautiful it felt safe it was cute easy to rent and get into friendly nd helpful call enter but really needs an update inside...the fireplace made a difference made it feel cozy!!!
  : What I didn't like was it felt like I walked into the late 70s early 80s and not on a good way in a cheap way... also the carpet it very stained bed was hard everything felt like it was saved for years and to cheap to update...we pay enough money for things to get a little updated at least the blankets or the clonky washer.... also I think the cleaning price is so hight but yet there is a list of things for us to do before checking out...dishes,,,load laundry,,,take trash es out by the end of the list we should be getting paid all that money for cleaning ... or pay less at least the fee to rent isn't bad it's the cleaning fee that hopes up the price.... the TVs have to be played on the same channel so no 2 different channels at one time on the 2 tvs.... and it's complicated with 3 remotes to even get on...you have to play with it ... but the area I loved the environment around felt save and cozy!!!
